This is my fan-made movie poster for The Seer and the Sword by Victoria Hanley. It's really a fairly unknown book, which is a shame, because I think a lot of people would love it. I made this months ago, actually, but I still wanted to upload it here.

I can't believe how unknown this book is! It was one of my absolute favourite books as a teen and I still love it now at twenty-one!
I love this poster but now you've made me want to see this wonderful book made into a movie all over again... which is doubtful, but I guess we can dream.

Thank you so much! I'm so glad you liked the poster, but I'm even more glad that you've read the book! It's one of my favorites, too, and I'm nineteen! It seems like it usually is the best books that are overlooked by Hollywood/other people with movie producing capabilities.

This is fantastic! Do you know who those actors/models are? :)

Thank you so much! It's from the movie Tristan + Isolde (James Franco and Sophia Myles). I'm glad you like it! Also, the guy that I used for Vesputo is Ioan Gruffudd (as Lancelot in 2004's King Arthur).

Oh my god! This is amazing! This is my favorite book, I've read it so many time it's falling apart. I've met the author before...she's such a sweetheart. Anyway, awesome job!!! <3 <3

Thank you so much! It's one of my favorites too. That's so cool you got to meet Victoria! I've seen videos of her interviews online and she does seem really sweet.

I'm really glad someone else is familiar with the book. It's a shame it isn't more well-known. I love the story so much (and of course, I lovvve Landen)!

Thanks again!

&yeah i agree with you. it IS a fairly known book. :( too bad.
i think medieval fantasies are underrated in today's generation.
most kids now just want a vampire/werewolf/fallen angel romance....
